SMILE...

How can we define Smile?

Umm.., a state and expression of being happy… right?

Okay.., so before concluding on above definition let’s just ride through different forms of it..

Well.., not necessarily all the smiling faces that we find around us are happy from within…
There will be many who will just go around plastering a wide smile on their face no matter what happens.. to us they appear to be happy but we are just unaware of the battle they are fighting from within..
Yes.., I will name this smile as ‘resilient smile."
As all this smile does is spread optimism. It teaches us to continue to be happy on the face of adversity.

Sometimes we will just go grinning for the way our day has transpired.. it can be anything, may be a good day at college.., or a good at office or  you know any special occasion .. yes, it just make us feel happy and in turn brings this wide smile on our face..
Yes.., I will name this smile as ‘Happy Smile..’

Sometimes.., we just choose to smile rather than expressing our feeling through words on the face of the person who has betrayed you or humiliated you or may be you know the one who has back stabbed you.. yes here you feel that your message can be best conveyed through a smile than through words..
Yes.., I will name this Smile as ‘Smile with a tinge of bitterness..’

When your life flashes before your eyes there are few extremely happy moments that makes a cut through it.., yes.. those moments are just registered in our memory..
These include moments of appreciation (that matters to us a lot), the most special day of our life..(yes living the moment which we have always aspired for..), or the first time when a person becomes a mother or a father.. and so many more.. yes these just get drilled in our memory and whenever we revisit this memory lane it will invariably stretch out this wide smile on our face..
Yes.., this smile I will name as ‘imperishable smile..’

The smile that flashes on our face when we see our loved ones after a long time…, or a place where we shared countless memories.. or anything on which we have invested much on emotion..
This smile is coupled with watery eyes.. yes it will fill our eyes with tears..
And this smile I will name as ‘Emotional Smile..’

So here we can conclude that Smile has various forms.. and hopefully you related to at least one form of it and that would have eventually popped up a wide smile on your face..

Here, all I want to suggest is that just avoid compressing your forehead into one large threatening wrinkle .. and you know what just try out.., seriously try out on curving your mouth slightly upwards from corners exposing your front teeth…

Did you just try that..!
Great! My job is done.. 😊

I will just conclude saying “Smile is not just the symbol of exhilaration and glee .., instead it’s the storehouse of innumerable untold stories..”

Firstly, the idea of working Saturday does not fit in my brain… Secondly, it’s for six long hours… No actually, five and half long hours, thirty minutes lunch break…, Khushi interjects. Well, okay, I edit. Secondly, it’s for like five and half long hours… Lastly, ‘ATTENDANCE IS COMPULSORY’, I say it with a tinge of annoyance in my voice to my dearest roomie Khushi. Wait, wait, wait, hang on there, take it easy bro…, says Khushi. Well, you are right, but I really don’t want it to happen, you know. Khush, I was actually thinking to download all the required software tomorrow morning. What say? For now, I should j...

THE TWO ME: OPTIMISTIC ME... PESSIMISTIC ME...

Sometimes I actually feel as if I am being governed by 'Two Me' the Optimistic me and the Pessimistic me and you know actual conversation runs through my head between the two.. Optimistic Me: You can do it.., it's worth taking a risk.. Pessimistic Me: Oh.. no no .., do not risk it, what if it does not turn up the way you have thought it.. Optimistic Me: And what if it does turn up the way I have thought it.. Pessimistic Me: Well.., you actually need a reality check. You need to think practically dude just do not rush into it.. Optimistic Me: It's definitely worth a try.. Pessimistic Me: And what if it will only incur loss.. Optimistic Me: Um, just leave... Yes, our mind does have such conversation isn't it? Okay.., So if 'Pessimistic me' escalates up whenever we are trying to opt for a difficult path then you know what just tell 'Pessimistic me' to buzz off.. Yes we can actually shape our thoughts and shift our gears with it a...
