TO FEEL FREE…!

[9:15 AM
During breakfast time..in the mess..
Below was the conversation that I had with my dear friend ..
So it was basically the examination time..]

Me:  I am really worried ,I don’t know how my exam is going to be.. yaar.., there is so   much tension in life..

My friend: Oh, just don’t talk about tension, tension is just raised to the power infinity...😂

       Me: haha..😂

My friend: You know what , just don’t worry its going to happen the way its supposed to be so      don’t think much..

       Me:  ya.., you are right..

Being an engineering student my sphere of tension revolves around submissions, practical exams.., assignments., projects.., end semesters..😂

May be for one into job or a business.., their sphere of tension revolves around getting the work done at proper time.., handling finances.., managing lows and highs of work and running things smoothly..

For homemaker.., it's just another sphere of tension.., managing everyone’s time, taking care of everyone’s needs , lubricating the whole process of managing things and stabilize the going of life.

We all are so engaged and subdued under our own worries that we really need to snap out of our daily regime and discover some moments wherein we can feel free..

And when I say to feel free..

It can be felt through the tiniest thing like riding a two wheeler .. with balmy breeze intersecting your face as if it takes away all your worries and in turn provides us with momentary pleasure..
Yes.., it feels liberated..

Or you know just going off to a serene place with your crazy troop of friends.. where there is nobody to judge you .., nobody to overrule you.. , you can just be you.. free to do any nonsensical thing..

Or it could just be a heart felt conversation with your good friend after a long time..
Yes., it makes us feel free.., takes us to this different zone of happiness..

Or spending time with family and loved ones..😊

We can also go with any of our hobbies..
Well.., I will prefer company of books over anything else .., living in a different world with different story running in my head.. , yes.., it distresses me.. it is my happy space..
Well it can be anything ..
Like you know just singing out loud..
Dancing freely.., watching movie..
listening to music or watching any of your favorite TV show..
Or playing any sport that energizes you or anything that you can name it  as your happy space…
Yes.., spending a little extra time in your happy space will make you feel free..
Well.., here playing PUBG once a day will also do..😂  as all that is important at the end of the day is to snap out our daily regime and it does that.. it detaches you from your worries and also integrates you with your friends.. and just makes you feel happy..

Okay.., I won’t say we don’t do things that I mentioned above..
We all do it,  right.. ,but here what I want to stress  on is that what is it’s frequency..?

Just think, when was the last time wherein you felt light.., there was spring in your step.., and you were  just very happy…

So let’s just work on frequency quotient and try to incorporate certain things in our daily regime that will take us a step ahead towards feeling little more free and liberated and  will orchestrate the environment that is more lively…!

Stay happy..!
Stay exuberant..!
Keep smiling….

Firstly, the idea of working Saturday does not fit in my brain… Secondly, it’s for six long hours… No actually, five and half long hours, thirty minutes lunch break…, Khushi interjects. Well, okay, I edit. Secondly, it’s for like five and half long hours… Lastly, ‘ATTENDANCE IS COMPULSORY’, I say it with a tinge of annoyance in my voice to my dearest roomie Khushi. Wait, wait, wait, hang on there, take it easy bro…, says Khushi. Well, you are right, but I really don’t want it to happen, you know. Khush, I was actually thinking to download all the required software tomorrow morning. What say? For now, I should j...

Optimistic Me: You can do it.., it's worth taking a risk.. Pessimistic Me: Oh.. no no .., do not risk it, what if it does not turn up the way you have thought it.. Optimistic Me: And what if it does turn up the way I have thought it.. Pessimistic Me: Well.., you actually need a reality check. You need to think practically dude just do not rush into it.. Optimistic Me: It's definitely worth a try.. Pessimistic Me: And what if it will only incur loss.. Optimistic Me: Um, just leave... Yes, our mind does have such conversation isn't it? Okay.., So if 'Pessimistic me' escalates up whenever we are trying to opt for a difficult path then you know what just tell 'Pessimistic me' to buzz off.. Yes we can actually shape our thoughts and shift our gears with it a...
